1Definitions & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Bit Taka ("we", "the platform") and the user of our services ("you", "the player"). Bit Taka is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated under the domain bittaka.ws, built specifically with users in Bangladesh in mind.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and enjoy gaming services on Bit Taka, the following conditions must be met. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Bit Taka reserves the right to close any account created using false information.

• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on Bit Taka are straightforward and transparent. We support all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The deposit and withdrawal methods must be the same.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Transferring balance between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bit Taka reserves the right to hold withdrawals on any transaction flagged as suspicious.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bit Taka regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before acceptance. General bonus conditions are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A minimum deposit is required to qualify for a bonus.
• Most bonuses carry a 10–30x wagering requirement.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or IP address.
• Winnings from free spins are generally capped at ৳500.
• Bit Taka reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Gaming Rules

All games on Bit Taka are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game result is completely fair and not predetermined.

• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the last confirmed result will stand.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Bets placed on Sports Betting cannot be changed once they have been confirmed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed on those odds will be considered void.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bit Taka's platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Money laundering or engaging in any suspicious financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Completing KYC verification using a false identity or fake documents.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members.

7Responsible Gaming

Bit Taka believes every player deserves an enjoyable and controlled gaming experience. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your dashboard.
• You can take a self-imposed break of anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months whenever needed.
• A request for permanent account closure can be submitted to support at any time.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Bit Taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Upon your own request.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it — however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

9Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support first. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours.

• A ticket number will be issued once your complaint has been submitted.
• In game-related disputes, game logs and server records will serve as the final evidence.
• If an issue cannot be resolved through support, independent third-party arbitration is available.
• The arbitrator's decision is binding on both parties.
